Jada M Set to Attend U17 USA Basketball Team Trials

Please join me in congratulating our very own, Jada M, on being selected to attend the U17 USA Basketball Team Trials! USA Basketball selects approximately 115 players, nationwide, to attend the trials at the end of May. Jada, despite being only 14 years old, will be one of those select players to compete for a spot on the U17 USA Basketball National Team. This is a tremendous accomplishment! 

Jada M. is a freshman, who was the only 9th grader to be selected TAPPS and TABC First Team All-State in Texas. She averaged over 20 points and 10 rebounds per game, helping our Lady Vikings Basketball team to 25 wins this season. Jada is also a terrific example of what it means to be a Student-Athlete, carrying a GPA of over 90, while also competing in Volleyball, and other volunteer opportunities around campus.

We are so proud of Jada for her continued success on and off of the court. Please be sure to tell her congratulations if you see her today, as we wish her the best of luck at USA Basketball Team Trials, at the end of May.
